"We want to thank everyone at Delightful Days for the great experience purchasing our used pop-up Viking camper. John in sales was very helpful from the first phone call in response to a message we left on the website, to the day we signed all the paperwork and picked up our camper. When it came time to pickup and demo the camper, Mark spent a lot of time in the cold weather going over everything in detail, taking the time to answer any and all of our questions, even offering his assistance by telephone should we have any questions. Mark did a great job and we are very grateful that he was the one that helped us through the learning process. All of this to sell us a used camper!! "We purchased a 2016 North Trail 32rets a few weeks ago. Being the first time RV'ers Jerry took the time to show us a few choices. We went back the following week and Jerry was out of town so Chris gave us a few more options. 100% no pressure and 100% honest and helpful. So much so we bought a travel trailer that day. Had a slight problem a week later and the service department helped and solved the issue. Bought many cars over the years and this is our first RV and there is no comparison. "We drove from Florida to purchase our trailer from Delightful Days because they had the model we wanted at the best price in the nation. Little did we know that the customer service we would experience from Jerry and his entire crew would be equally outstanding! When we arrived to pick up the trailer, everything was ready for us just as promised. We had ordered some accessories to be installed, and the service department was professional and efficient. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and did everything they could possibly do to make sure that we were 100% pleased with our purchase. BUT it did not end there! That was over a year ago, and in the time since, Jerry and Delightful Days have gone way, WAY above and beyond to answer any questions we have had, and provide assistance to us in obtaining needed service. Jerry kept calling and checking back to follow up, and make sure that we received help for our problem. We highly recommend Delightful Days for both sales and service. They are the BEST!!!"

"We called Delightful Days with an issue with our fold down trailer. We were informed the wait to get service would be longer than we had before our vacation. But the service technician asked me what our problem was and offered suggestions on how we might be able to solve the issue ourselves. He took the time to listen and diagnose what was wrong. Thankfully he was correct and we are now able to leave for vacation with a full repair. We truly appreciate the care we received and will use this dealer for any other service or sales needs. "

"We purchased a used class A motorhome and had a question about our AC unit, I spoke with Butch over the phone he was so helpful and knowledgable in offering options, I would definately recommend this dearlership for the amazing customer service and willingness to help even though we didn't purchase the motorhome from them. I would certainly consider them in the future for an RV purchase and Service needs... Butch was exceptional he was great to deal with, very friendly and personable, thank you!"

"Incredible Customer Service Incredible customer service that I will always remember from both a personal and professional perspective. Our family was traveling from Michigan to Florida and we had a major issue stranding us in the middle of the night because of serious issues with the bearings and axle on our new tandem trailer. Early in the morning we contacted and visited multiple larger sales and service retailers in the local area and no one would look at the job for multiple days due to the aspect that it was not a large job and it was busy time of year. We found out about Delighted Days RV Center and pulled into their lot prior to them opening. Even though they where not yet open part of their team came out took our family inside and treated us like family while others reviewed our issue. They where also booked and busy but they put a team lead by Randy and dug into the job to repair our axle and bearings as well as checked over the entire trailer. They did this repair for minimal amount and had multiple people support so they could ensure we got on the road safely and they would focus on completing the jobs they had in progress. I tried to provide additional money to Randy based on the exceptional service and fact that I know most people/companies would of not of put the effort in to this repair at such a low cost vs. just replace the axle. He wouldn’t take the significant tip I offered, he said it was who they are he is just doing his job and that is how they operate. I tried to get the manager to give it to him and offered to do something for the team and I got the same answer. From a professional perspective I am always looking for ways to distinguish our company from others and provide an experience and confidence to our customers that are second to none. I never bought one of their quality products and I don’t live in the area but they still provided me exceptional skilled service at an incredible value and left an impression that I want to make my company’s benchmark for a customer experience. I wished I lived in the area as I would get everything I have serviced here because of the skill and demonstrated approach of repairing what is needed at a fair cost but I will take the time to buy my next trailers and mowers even though I live in Michigan as I know this company will take care of me after the sale and that value is worth a lot to me and family. "We just recently bought a new 28TBUD travel trailer, It was late on a Saturday afternoon when I first call the dealership, I ask for sales and Jerry toke my call and said he would wait for us even if it was after they closed for me and my family to get there, it was raining and cool outside, Jerry bought out umberles for us to use to look at his travel trailers, we were there about 1 and half hours after they closed looking around, not one word was ever mention about how late it was, Jerry stayed, On Monday the following week we decide to buy the camper and Jerry help in every way possible getting the deal written by phone and he had our camper ready the following Saturday for us to pick up. When we picked up the camper the service department spent about two hours with us going thru every last detail on the camper and tow bar equipment, once we got home we found a small defect, called and it was taken care of almost instantly, I have had to email questions to service and sales to only get a return email or call within 24 hours. If we ever need service I will pull the camper almost 2 hours from my house to allow them to work on it. We pass two or three different camper dealerships to get to Delight full Days and will do so, It is hard to find a dealership that is this dedicated to the customer and they had the best pricing in my area and internet, please give them a try if you are in the market for a new or used RV, Ask for Jerry ( The old man in the hat ) you will not regret it Thanks George"

It is unique to find a business that treats customers like they are part of the family and willing to go the extra mile. It's refreshing to deal with a family owned dealership who puts the customer first where it's not all about profits and the bottom line which is the case at the large corporate dealerships.
